Breakfast is really delicious, rooms are simple but great, nicely furnished, comfortable and very clean. Personal very friendly, restaurant for dinner is also great. It was self checkin but the instructions are clear and it was very easy to find it, open the gate with code and then find the keys in the reception. We would definitely want to come back. The location is perfect, just a few stairs and you are in a historic center, the most beautiful town in Erdély.

Objekt Vila Ursul Negru nalazi se u gradu 'Sovata', na 2,6 km od znamenitosti Jezero Ursu, a ima opremu za roštilj. Staff was very friendly and helpful: they allowed us to check in earlier, then one of the ladies- she spoke German- came and gave us directions to the tourist area of town and suggestions for lunch locations, internet password. Breakfast was quite substantial!!!! I mean it. For a dinner or lunch close by -it is a pizza place advertisement on the street ( but has full restaurant menu) behind the corner few meters down the road - good prices, nice setting and clean. Hotel staff was really, really nice. Room has balcony with flowers.... love it ! overall very very good hotel and clean. Price, comparing with other B&B and hotels in that town, the best deal. Bus station is right there, also. We travel by bus while in Romania, so this detail was very important for us.

The rooms, the staff, the breakfast and the dinner too at the same restaurant. Caroline was very helpful and cooperative. She helped us with many things during our stay.

Everything! We stayed in the Gold Room after arriving very early in the morning. We had very clear instructions on how to gain access to the property & where the room was. After enduring a near 24 hour day, to find the room was a complete joy. The bed was more comfortable than our own & we slept like babies. This property is immaculate, close to the Piata Mare but very quiet. The garden is charming and the hosts were so, so friendly & helpful. Our only wish was to have stayed longer, but we are very much looking forward to returning at the end of our holiday for our last night before we fly home. Kind and straightforward reception, they welcomed us in the middle of the night, quiet location, fair price, everything went well. Would totally choose again for staying in Cluj!
