The grounds are gorgeous, and the pool is just perfect for a refreshing swim. You can also enjoy a game of pétanque while soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Inside, the living room is cozy and welcoming, with incredible music playing — the hosts have fantastic taste. It’s the perfect spot to relax and gaze out over the valley. Kristof and Koenraad gave us a room with a balcony and a view stretching all the way to the ocean on the horizon. Everything was spotlessly clean and carefully arranged down to the smallest detail. Breakfasts were a real highlight — especially Kristof’s homemade pastries. Absolutely delicious! They also shared amazing local tips and recommendations every day, always checking in to make sure we had great plans and weren’t missing anything. Their care and attention were exceptional. I truly believe very few people in the world offer such kind of hospitality that Kristof and Koenraad do. If you’re looking for a unique and memorable for your vacation - this is the place. Two weary cyclists arrived for one night. We were delighted! Ines—one of the owners— is warm and welcoming. Our room was splendid—comfortable, lovely, overlooking the beautiful pool. Breakfast was perfect—obrigado Patricia! We liked this beautiful Solar ( a former school where Ines was a schoolgirl—how cool!) so much that we stayed one more night! My friend left for work in Lisboa and I stayed for a third night! One night turned into three because it is so delightful!
