Christelle and Simonè welcomed us on arrival and asked how we were every time they saw us throughout our stay. We lived with the locals with the inn set down a private road across the main road from Alona Beach. Because of its location, it was quiet and an escape from the hustle and bustle of the Main Street. There is a local store as you walk up to the inn from the main road which is perfect for water or other essentials as you head out for the day or return after your adventures. The rooms were kept faultlessly clean with comfy pillows for a good nights sleep. We would definitely start again on a return visit to Bohol!

Krásný bungalov, prostorný a čistý s malým kuchyňským koutem a lednicí. Nová restaurace nabízí velký výběr jídla a vaří opravdu skvěle. Cokoliv jsme si vybrali (vč. desertů) bylo chutné a dobře upravené. Vzpomínali jsme na tuhle kuchyni dlouho :) Personál velice ochotný, možnost pronájmu motocyklu za poplatek a zajištění transferu do přístavu/na letiště. Skvělé posezení na terase, dobrá poloha - klidná lokalita. V blízkosti možnosti nákupů základních potřeb (drogerie, potraviny, pití). Na známé pláže bezproblémový dojezd na motorce.

Alan was an incredible host, he was always super friendly, he helped us a lot at all times. He offered us many recommendations, and he helped us with everything we asked for. The room is excellent, super comfortable and clean. The bathroom has a shower with curtains and hot water! (which is a big luxury in the Philippines). Many thanks for everything!

This place is new and we had a great stay. Good location away from the noise, but only 7 minute walk to the centre. The road is a dirt road, but only a tiny section got muddy when it rained, so very easy to traverse. Also somewhat well lit. The staff were incredibly friendly and so lovely. They’d honestly do anything for you. We were running late for our ferry and they drove us themselves to the port. The room was really clean and the place is new. You also get a bug light in the room, which gives you peace of mind against mosquitoes. You’re also provided a kettle with coffee and some shampoo and body wash. The shower was on the colder side, but the pressure was amazing, best we’ve had so far. You are near local families, so expect some animal noises but it wasn’t too bothersome.

Great value for us a group of 8. The dorm-type room with 8 beds is perfect! We also cooked our own food in the kitchen which is a plus.

Oh that was just amazing: Location Far from the bustle and tourist but close (we were traveling by scooter) to the main Bohol must seens. It's just a hidden gem Food We have ordered Thai noodle, breakfasts, shakes and everything were so delicious (pancakes were my favorite) Staff Din the lady who is taking care of the villa was the best host ever. She was helpful, supportive, polite and nice our whole stay. Also I have admired the four-leg inhabitants of the villa (dogs). Do not worry I you are not really keen with the dogs - they will not disturb you. But if you like them (I do a lot) they are very sweet. You also feel much safer (even though there is no reason to feel unsafe) at night when you know, that 3 dobermans are taking care of you ;) Accomodation The room itself is large, clean, very comfy with superb buthtub and the pool with the stunning view. I wish I could spend here at least a month:) Thank you a lot for the great stay

The hosts were amazing being so kind, caring and attentive. We loved everything about this accommodation that we stayed for extra nights. In a very good location just on the outskirts of the main area it provides comfort and quiet. The top of the building is a seated area for sunrise and sunsets. A very functional kitchen allows for cooking your own food - something we did a lot. The rooms are spacious, have great hot showers and are exceptionally clean. There is a kettle, fridge and crockery/cutlery. I'm If our visa was due to expire we would have stayed longer. There are local convenience shops and the beach and the cave are just a short walk away. Laundry services are available on site or hand wash and use the clothesline on the roof for drying. Scooter rental is below the accommodation. All in all we were made to feel part of the family and I would class this as a homestay. We miss the hosts dearly and hope to return again in the future. This was without doubt our best experience in the Philippines for accommodation coupled with location.
