In the middle of the jungle, the staff is really nice and helpful, they managed many services for us (tuktuks, bike rental, safari, laundry and even umbrellas during the heavy night rains) We had all our meals there (breakfast was enough for lunch)

We had such a wonderful stay at Yashi’s place. It was clean and comfortable. Harsha went out of his way to make our stay special and as comfortable as possible. His family was so lovely and friendly. We had a delicious dinner cooked by his wife and a scrumptious breakfast every morning. The location is perfect - a short tuktuk ride to all the main attractions (pidirungula rock and lions rock - which Harsha helped us arrange for reasonable prices) and the main strip of shops. We were delighted to catch the peacock on the roof! There are also lots of cute little squirrels on the property. An added bonus is Mr Caffeine just down the alley which has great coffee. Highly recommend staying at Yashi’s place.

Quiet, surrounded by rice fields, and breakfast in a beautiful garden. The room was comfortable and clean. The two members of staff were so helpful and arranged transport to the sites. Food was excellent. I thoroughly recommend!

Service: The service here is top-notch, primarily because it's a family-run business. Both hosts are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Rooms: The rooms are impressively spacious, providing plenty of room to unwind. A unique feature is the private pool located right at your doorstep. Although it's quite small, around two feet deep, it offers a refreshing dip in complete privacy—ideal for a quick, relaxing moment.

The property was beautiful and the room was spacious, modern and well designed. But the real highlight was the husband and wife team, Madhu and Sanjee. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I felt so well taken care of—like coming home to family.

Located close to the road in walking distance to central part of Sigiriya town, but very quiet and peaceful. No noise from road or cafes, and sound insulation between rooms is good. People working here are very welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious and clean, AC worked good. The territory is beautiful with pond and greenery. Breakfast is also tasty and beautifully served.

This place was the perfect retreat for 4 nights. Quiet and comfortable, the location was lovely. The hosts were absolutely amazing and the included breakfast was delightful. We chose to have dinner 4 nights in a row, choosing their vegetarian rice & curry as it was both delicious and very affordable compared to other restaurants in the area. The hosts were lovely, helpful, and always quick to respond to any of our questions, including arranging an early morning tuktuk for us. The wifi was functional for basic searches, but we recommend having some books to read to truly indulge in the experience. We definitely recommend staying here!
