Joon is one of the best hosts we’ve met – thoughtful, responsive, and went the extra mile by keeping our bags ready in the room before check-in. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Busan Station with plenty of restaurants and easy access to tourist spots. The Penthouse itself is spacious, with a private terrace, balcony, full kitchen, and cozy living-bedroom setup. 100% satisified with the experience and hospitality!

Room was a good size and clean, and amenities are clean and new! Especially bed felt everything was cleaned well! The lady who worked there was super kind. She offered me steamed potatoes, delicious! Also, staff did my laundry for 10,000 won!

In a very animated and vibrant neighbourhood, full of restaurants and stores. The owner was so kind and welcoming, she really went out of her way to make you feel comfortable. And the dog, Dante, was the cutest. The sharing space was nice, with a kitchenette and all amenities to cook. However, a bit of an awkward set up, as it's quite small. I believe they serve breakfast at the café downstairs, if asked (at extra charge). The female dormitory was nice and clean with a big window. The sharing bathroom was kept clean and tidy. However, I feel like it would bit small to share if the dormitory would have been full. I had a great time, the owner made it special!

The guesthouse communicated with us to provide us the best time in Busan. Plus the rooms were very comfortable and clean!

Gwangan Beach Cozy House se nachází u moře v destinaci Pusan. Pláž Gwangalli Beach se nachází 400 metrů daleko a Busan Museum of Art 1,6 km. Such a lovely vintage house in the middle of a Korean traditional market. I love all the little touch that the owner gives to her property, like the cute mirrors, flowery blankets, and colorful pictures. I also love the location and all the fresh kimchi smell when walking down the aisles. I didn’t know how to turn on the hot water so the owner actually came over at 11.30pm just to support. She doesn’t speak English but tried so hard to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

The location is really great! Within two minutes of walking you have so many restaurant options and within 10 minutes you’re at the main train station and right next to the beach! The room itself is cute and cozy and has pretty much everything you would need. I stayed for a month and felt right at home :) The rooftop is fantastic with a lovely city view, the building itself is fairly quiet, there is always hot water, the AC is great, the washing machine works, and overall it’s a great little hidden gem with super kind owners.
