This accommodation was very nice and the host is so friendly and considerate. All the facilities were clean, the neighbors were courteous and the bikes provided made our stay so eventful. I recommend anyone staying in Fuji to stay here. but just be aware you will be walking or biking a lot so prepare mode of transportation beforehand.

The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed, but what really made our experience special was the hospitality of the owner. They went above and beyond by picking us up from the station when we arrived and even taking us back on our last day, helping with our luggage and giving us a lovely send-off. It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Such kindness and care are rare to find – highly recommend staying here!

Yumiko was the best host you could have. She was very informative and helpful. I mentioned my plan to climb Mt.Fuji from station 0 and she gave me information about the mountain itself/traditions and which way to go. She also helped me figure out where to get dinner the day before, as it can be a bit difficult for a vegetarian like me. The house itself was very clean, comfortable and the breakfast was both tasty and healthy. Ps. I successfully climbed Mt.Fuji!

This place is umbelievably beautiful, breathtaking and pure magic, is a guesthouse with only 3 rooms, but 2 of them have an amazing view of mt fuji and the lake, it was and incredible stay, there are plenty activities to do on the lake and although there are very few options for eating nearby and also you have to see what are their schedules, you might probably have to survive with seven eleven food which is a 10 min walk, but you have a big kitchen in here so I don't see any problem with that, it's also very very empty everything in the town at least in low season but that wasn't a problem for us, also you can take a bus and go to chureito pagoda and fuji q highland and some other amazing views of mt fuji, if you want to see mt fuji I believe this is the best place to do that. The owner is really nice and helpful, before check out we talk with him and make a cultural exchange for more than an hour, he might be the best english speaking japanese person in the country.

Cute guesthouse and the best vegan food! Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Bath time in the evening was very relaxing.

후지카와구치코에 자리한 Fuji Guest House Ao에서는 공용 라운지, 전용 주차장, 테라스 등을 이용하실 수 있습니다. 숙소는 후지큐 하이랜드에서 1.7km 거리에 있습니다. 이 1성급 호스텔에서는 에어컨, 무료 Wi-Fi가 완비된 객실과 무료 자전거 등을 제공합니다. 각 객실에는 공용 욕실이 마련되어 있습니다. 옥상에서 보는 후지산 뷰가 너무 예뻤어요. 사장님도 엄청 친절하시고, 1층에 커피 및 음료와 과자들이 구비되어 있는데 편하게 먹을 수 있어서 좋았어요. 주변 먹거리 관련 안내지도 주셔서 도움이 되었습니다. 그리고 숙소에서 무료로 제공하는 자전거를 이용할 수 있어서 가와구치코를 구경하기 정말 좋은 것 같아요.

The owner picked us at the train station, we is so kind and willing to help. He did a great job communicating with us and was so helpful in many ways. The place is amazing, I felt like all those movies and animes I saw when I was a child, beautiful room, great bath, I enjoyed the bath time so much. The owner gave us tea and we got a room with view to Fuji-san. Beds are clean and they give you Yukatas, we even did a video or our own version of a tea ceremony. Just a comment for fellow guests, please be respectful with Japanese culture, this place more than a hotel is a family house, please be quiet and take off your shoes. Take care of the tatamis and all the place, cause everyone deserves to live such a beautiful experience. And to the owner: あなたの家に泊まらせてくれてありがとう。
