Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Check-in was quick and the host was very welcoming and friendly. I easily found the apartment, it's a 4-minute walk from the central train station. The apartments are located on a bright, clean street and a neat entrance to the house. My room was clean, bright, as if renovated, with everything I needed. A nice bonus was the terrace, which overlooked a quiet street. I slept well before the trip to "Cinque terre". Thank you!

I stayed there for four nights in April and was very happy to have chosen it. The location was excellent, close to the train station and very walkable. Loved that the balcony overlooked the street lined with the most fragrant orange trees, perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine, As a solo traveler I felt very safe walking in the area, close enough to restaurants and the ferry to be within easy walking distance. The room was spotlessly clean , modern and very comfortable, lots of towels and lovely bath and hair products. Stefi made several suggestions about places to visit, I would have missed some lovely towns had she not suggested them. I would defiantly stay there again. Thank you Stefi for the lovely stay, sorry you had to come to look at the the not broken coffee maker.

Sunrise Rooms asub La Spezias, 700 meetri kaugusel Castello San Giorgiost, 29 km kaugusel Carrara konverentsikeskusest ja 1,3 km kaugusel Tehnilisest Meremuuseumist. The room itself was INCREDIBLE! It was perfectly clean, you can find everything you need! Possibly the cleanest and nicest place I have ever stayed in Italy! Location was also one of the major pluses- maybe less than 5 min walk time from the train station, IN THE city center, with lots of restaurants, bars, laundry around. The host is a super nice person, who helped us a lot, she is very responsive to any kind of requests. Wouldn't be more pleased!

The accommodation was impeccably clean, quiet, and the location near the train station is perfect for exploring Cinque Terre. Communication with the host was flawless, and what impressed me the most was her care and attention: when I wanted to stay an extra night and couldn’t extend the booking through the platform, she personally took care of everything and moved me to another place just as good, also close to the station. I truly felt that the host looked after my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. If I return to La Spezia, I will definitely choose this place again.
