Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Ubytování bylo super, pěkné prostory, hezká koupelna. Je to blízko nádraží, akorát s parkováním je trochu problém, ale chce to trpělivost a dá se to zvládnout. Hostitel je velmi milý a nápomocný. The apartment was spotless, and the extra pillows made my sleep so comfortable. I also loved the bathroom fragrance – it was such a nice touch that made it feel like home. The host was incredibly kind and even helped me with my luggage. I’d be happy to stay here again when I return to La Spezia.

The owner contacted us via WhatsApp after the booking was made. Also day before arrival sent us all the info regarding the check in - codes and gow to get keys - it was super simple. They also send us recommendations for some places around. The place itself has perfect location - less than 10min from bus station. The area felt very safe. The room itself very clean, with air-conditioning and in general it felt more like a hotel than a room in an apartment. The pillow was super comfy but that is always an individual thing :) Definitely we would (will) stay again.

The family unit was ample sized for 4 adults. Very responsive owner. Two refrigerators! Very nice unit.
