Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Ubytování bylo super, pěkné prostory, hezká koupelna. Je to blízko nádraží, akorát s parkováním je trochu problém, ale chce to trpělivost a dá se to zvládnout. Hostitel je velmi milý a nápomocný. Our room was very comfortable and very clean, well-equipped with all the necessities. The staff is very kind and hospitable. The train station is also easily accessible from the location; the bus station is on the same street, and you can reach the central train station within 20 minutes. The whole place is very well arranged and renewed. Good value for its price. Highly recommended!

I stayed there for four nights in April and was very happy to have chosen it. The location was excellent, close to the train station and very walkable. Loved that the balcony overlooked the street lined with the most fragrant orange trees, perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine, As a solo traveler I felt very safe walking in the area, close enough to restaurants and the ferry to be within easy walking distance. The room was spotlessly clean , modern and very comfortable, lots of towels and lovely bath and hair products. Stefi made several suggestions about places to visit, I would have missed some lovely towns had she not suggested them. I would defiantly stay there again. Thank you Stefi for the lovely stay, sorry you had to come to look at the the not broken coffee maker.
