Archontiko Xantha ligger i Makrinítsa, med Panthessaliko stadion bare 12 kilometer unna. Xantha is great for two reasons: the stunning view of the Pagasetic Gulf, the mountains and Volos; and the really wonderful lady who is now running the place (and who also speaks very good English). One should take into account that the road up is steep, narrow and at some places winding, not an easy one, and it's best to have a good engine, but it's well worth it for the view from your little balcony and the friendliness and generosity of the hostess: who not only invited me to eat as many of the ripe figs from the trees as I possibly could, but even paid my bill with the dinner delivery man (you can order food up) since I was in the shower!... As well as your own balcony, there's also a verandah off the drawing room with its own view of the Gulf, and the outside patio sitting area is especially nice. There's an open bar in the main drawing room of the hotel where you can make yourself herb tea from a varied selection, or of course coffee. So unless you would find the drive up difficult, Xantha is very highly recommended!

I Agios Dimitrios, 1,6 kilometer fra Agios Ioannis strand, ligger Pension Panos, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering, en fellesstue og en terrasse. Panos and his wife were amazing hosts. The pension is in a great location, surrounded with beautiful natural beauty. The breakfast was all local food that Panos’s wife cooked especially every morning! Plus, Panos had great recommendations for must see places around the area. They were truly fabulous hosts and we were happy to experience a local experience such as this! Thank you for everything!! I Kalá Nerá, bare 1 minutters gange fra Kalá Nerá strand og 400 meter fra Glyphá-stranden ligger Skourgias Rooms. Great appartman for both short and longer stay, excellent location very close to the sea and the centre. Clean and cosy with great host, we enjoyed it!

Just 30 metres from the beaches of Parisena and Horefto, To Mpalkoni is traditionally built according to the local Pelion architecture. It offers air-conditioned accommodation with Aegean Sea views. The location is awesome. It is right above the Parisena's beach. It is about 30 meters above the beach, and it has stairs down to the shore. The house is very nice, the staff friendly. The rooms are cleaned on daily basis, so everything is fine.
