The hotel will give you details of where to park. There is Automated entry to hotel and rooms so there is no reception but they have a 24 hour phone number you can call if you need anything. You will get an email with all the information you need on the morning of your stay. Breakfast was good and the lady serving breakfast was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend Ubeda as an interesting and pretty town with some beautiful historic buildings.
