My recent two night stay was exceptional. The ocean view from the hostel was incredible and the food was delicious. The hosts were very friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I do not have anything negative to say about my stay! Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Vista Linda. We originally booked for only one night as we didn't know how we'd handle the lack of air conditioning but there is good ventilation in the cabana. We stayed for an extra night and would have stayed longer if our itinerary had allowed for it! Manuel is so kind and friendly, he was a great help in organising transport to Barú and the mangrove and plankton tours, or even just chatting and having a drink with us. Roxana is amazing, whipping up delicious food in the kitchen and keeping the place spotless. Food portions are huge and very prices for both food and drink are very reasonable. The cabana is in a good location, away from the busiest section of the beach, although be aware there are still some boats where you enter the water. We have no complaints whatsoever, everything is as described. If you are accepting of the basic facilities on offer on Barú in general you'll not have any troubles here. I doubt you'd get a better, more relaxing atmosphere for a similar price.

Located right on the beach, it’s close to restaurants and little shops. The rooms are nice and there is good quality wifi. Juan is also an excellent host, always on hand to help or answer questions. Would recommend.

Do not expect luxury in the classical sense. Expect the luxury of a fantastic view from your room and the common facilities, a staff that will do everything for you and exceptional food. If you want to relax on the isles, you might just do it in the hotel where you have sunbeds, hammocks and armchairs with direct view onto the sea. Kayaks and snorkeling equipments can be used for free. Since the hotel is located in the sea, the facilities are rather simple but everything is clean and well maintained. You can also book tours directly in the hotel. Loved it, would anytime go back!

El Hamaquero Hostal EcoNativo se nachází u pláže v Isla Grande, 36 km od Cartageny de Indias. Nabízí možnost ubytování s domácími mazlíčky, terasu a bezplatné Wi-Fi. Na místě je restaurace. We had a very stressful day on Isla Grande, getting lost on the island and missing our ferry home. The staff at El Hamaquero Hostal were amazing and so helpful! They managed to fix us a private dorm and arranged for a boat to collect us the next day from the hostal without any stress. It ended up being the highlight of our Cartagena trip, so relaxing and beautiful. I cannot recommend this Hostal enough, 10/10!!

Medusa Hostel Isla Tintipan se nachází v destinaci Tintipan Island a má zahradu, soukromou pláž, terasu a bar. Ubytování nabízí přepážku s turistickými informacemi a restauraci. Quarried location. Enjoyed island life. Here you total relax. Also good food. However they do not pretend to be an eco hostel, it is one of the most eco friendly hostels, no single used plastic at all. Maximum use of renewable sources.
