All inclusive. The owners run it all remotely so there's really no personal touch. If there's a problem it's dealt with CIA whatsapp. Their system to pay by credit/debit called Bold didn't work for me. Have no idea why not. So Colombian style it's cash and carry. But apart from that, all is great. Be careful walking around at nite tho..the hostal is in the edge of a low end barrio.
