Once you arrive the place ( which is right next to the bus 4 station), you will feel the hospitality of the people - both the staff and the people who stays there.The place is sparkling clean and is artistically decorated. Constantin the manager and the "CEO" - Luigi the pitbull - of the hotel are full of energy - which gives a positive vibe and cool ambience to the place. Highly recommended to lone skier as you will feel the community spirit right from you enter the door step.

Nedererhof - Zimmer Edelweiß mit Gemeinschaftsküche asub Schmirnis, Innsbrucki pearaudteejaamast vaid 35 km kaugusel. Majutusruumidest avaneb vaade mägedele. Quality accomodation in a perfect, remote, serene alpine scenery. Rooms and amenities were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the great mountain view from our room.

Jolanta and Friederich are lovely hosts, eager to help and provide advice. The unit is great: spotless, beautiful, comfortable and worth every penny. The house is located at a beautiful vantage point, overlooking the entrance to Ötztal and very close to the valley's main attractions (the town of Ötz, Umhausen, Stuibenfall, Niederthai, and Piburgersee) - a perfect location. In hindsight, our stay was too short. This is a great place to stay while visiting this part of Austria. Warmly and highly recommended.

Lovely room, lovely breakfast, stunning location and Christian the owner was brilliant. We used the Gasthof Schontal as a base for travelling to and from Kitzbuhel for a days skiing and the Hahnenkahm races. A half hour drive takes you to Kirchberg in Tyrol where there is free parking and a free shuttle train which takes you into Kitzbuhel itself. Perfect

Gasthof Erzherzog Rainer - Zimmer und Ferienwohnung asub Kössenis, 30 km kaugusel kasiinost Kitzbuhel. Kohapeal on terrass, tasuta eraparkla, restoran ja baar. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely family run Gasthof. The staff was super. The room was large with a very comfortable bed and great seating area. The shower area was modern. Everything was very clean. It is conveniently located in the center of town. Breakfast was good too.
