Das Haus Kunz localiza-se em Imsterberg, a 19 km de Área 47 e a 33 km de Fernpass. We were a family of four staying during the early winter for a ski vacation - every day we visited a new ski area. From this location we were able to visit - Ischgl / Hoch en ober gurgl / Solder / Lech en Zurs / St Anton some are a bit further away from others but at the end of the day it was wonderful to retreat back to the quiet and rest of our apartment and relax in the hot tub.

First impressions are very important and I still remember how I was allowed to check in before the official check in time. The room itself has a small kitchenette with some sitting area. I am 1.90m and I was struggling to walk around without hitting the lamp or the air intake. I've got space in the garage for my bike. Following are not my concerns but rather some constraint which you need to consider for your stay. I've got a room on the top floor without the elevator. After the day ride on the bike it was harsh, but who said life is easy? :) Windows and balcony go out to the small but active street where tractors and bikes ride day and night. But who said we are alone in this world? And you don't need your watch, the nearest church gives a bell round every 15 mins :) I would say I was satisfied with the place and I got what I paid for.
