Everyone working in the hotel is super kind and sweet, they go out their way to ensure you have a comfortable stay. They helped me out a lot after an accident. The hotel is very clean and modern, close to a lot of shops and the metro. Beds are super comfortable and the interior design was very thoughtfully chosen.

Room was big and clean. Complimentary coffees and water were great for busy mornings. Giorgio answered all of my questions. I felt safe in this household. The breakfast option was at a cafe down the street which was lovely. The “home feel” of this place was great after travelling for three weeks and staying in hotels. I felt at home. Great place!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved our stay! We stayed at MyMilano for three nights and everything was truly excellent. The room was very spacious and everything — both in the bedroom and the bathroom — was modern and stylish. Everything was extremely clean, and housekeeping came every day while we were out. When we returned, the room was spotless, the towels had been changed, and everything was perfectly in order. Any small issues we had were quickly and kindly taken care of by the staff. Their service was fast and professional. Honestly, we have only good things to say — nothing but gratitude! If I ever return to Milan, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
