The entire villa was just around the beach. You could walk there if you wanted to in just a few seconds. The shore was visible from the balcony and the windows which we really appreciated and liked. The caretaker was very good and was one of the best you could hire with money. He did his work as he loved it. The owner was also a very kind man and provided us with all the information we could ever want about Malvan.

Location is good, Excellent food. I will suggest you do not waste your money by going in hotels for BF/L/D .plz place your order in advance in swami niwas only .The food is excellent .
