This property and Mr Edward is a gem that we found in goa. He offered us his best room actually he showed us all rooms that were available and made us choose the room we wanted and ofcourse we choose the best. The room had everything that is listed in the description. The room was clean, it had glasses, plates, electric kettle, fans, AC, chairs, table, balcony, extra mattresses, towels, waterbottle, refrigerator. We took our own car but parking was not an issue. Mr. Edward helps in every way possible. The only con was that all charging points were not working otherwise the property was flawless.

It was our first time in Goa and we’re sure we’ll be back. Glen made sure we had the best stay during our 6 days there, he arranged a taxi to take us to all the spots in Goa, he helped us get a SIM card at the best price, he can arrange rental bikes if you need. He and his team really go beyond to make you feel taken care of. The location of the villa is also exceptional, you walk 3 min to the beach and all the shacks or 3 min on the other side and you’re on a Main Street with plenty of restaurants and bars. Overall, great property, great team, great location and great value for money.

Absolute gem of a place, Arun is a great host. Very humble, polite and helpful in nature. Wi-fi is very fast. Room is spacious enough for family of 3. Located in main market area beach is just 1 km away, there are many good restaurants, supermakets, grocery stores,fruits and vegetables shop, saloons everything is on walkable distance. Very calm and peaceful area, safe to roam around even in night. I Stayed there for 3 nights i wish i could have extended my stay. Will definitely come back here. Thank you Arun for hosting us. This was without doubt the most pleasant place I stayed in India. Super friendly staff, secure location in a quiet street that is very close to the main strip in Candolim. The bed was luxurious, excellent shower pressure, comfortable furniture and a lovely balcony. I can't recommend enough for either a short or long stay. Superb value for money. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Big clean room with a balcony. Location is perfect with a 2 minute walk to the main beach and the main strip of restaurants and bars. Staff helped us with taxi and laundry service too.
