Clean sheets, good air conditioning (quiet and efficient). Wall socket with 3 connectors between the bed is good! Water dispenser available in the lobby. A light switch and a small table between the twin beds would be good to put cellphones for charging. Location close to bus terminal is excellent for late arrival/departure. Easy to reach with Balikpapan City Trans during its operating hours. Foodstalls in walking distance.

The entrance and lobby don’t look like much, but the rooms are large, clean and quiet. However there was not toilet paper, no mirror and no hangers in the bathroom. Poor breakfast, but for the price one should not expect much. Altogether good value for money for a short stay.
