Towels, soap, shampoo and other essentials are provided. Heating and air conditioning work very well. It is near central London with good public transport connections and in a safe neighbourhood

Everything. Naim, the manager, was so kind and helpful. Our flight was having a massive delay and when we reach London it was very late in the night. Naim contacted us and made sure we can check in smoothly. He even gave us very good hospitality while we stayed there

I stayed on the top floor. It's quiet and nice and there is a bit of a view, but if you don't like climbing stairs, you want to book a room on the lower floors. Otherwise, just superb.

This hotel was a great find. Rooms were clean, modern, with amenities, etc, and the location was super convenient (but it felt nice to be on a small quiet street). The restaurant/pub was delicious and obviously well liked by locals. If mobility is an issue, might not be for you as there's no elevator. Could be considered loud by some before the pub closes at 10 — but really not an issue for us. Our window was open the whole time even tho we were over the top of the rooftop terrace. 10/10, would recommend, would stay again

Lovely little apartment, close to all transport lines a short drive to the football stadium where we needed to go. Comfortable bed and comfortable sofa bed. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Meet a greet went smoothly parking near apartment was very accessible shops close by. Host was also very nice and helped us along the way when it came to parking and stuff
