Great value for the price. Parking was easy, and Giovanna was exceptionally polite and helpful, making our check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. We are a couple with 2 kids had the most wonderful stay at this amazing hotel. The property is beautifully designed and incredibly peaceful, with a calming atmosphere that made it the perfect escape. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, and the views were simply breathtaking—you can see Mount Etna in the distance, surrounded by endless vineyards. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the service. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They made us feel so welcomed, and really made our vacation better. We left already dreaming of coming back—this place is truly special. Thank you for a perfect vacation.

Very friendly staff. Small family hotel with a lot of history. The building is renovated in the old style and there is not one corner that is not well thought of or designed beautifully. The breakfast is delicious with a view of the Etna volcano. I would recommend it to all but I am also afraid to do so because then they will be fully booked and we will not be able to return.
