Really great lodge right next to Kruger. We stayed here only for a night before driving into Kruger the next day, but it was such a good evening. When we arrived we immediately jumped into the refreshing pool and had a chat and a beer with the other people who stayed at the lodge. Then the owners of the lodge prepared an amazing braai for us and we ate together with everyone who stayed there, which was so cozy! Highly recommend if you are looking for a familial vibe and cozy hangout with other travellers.

We had a great time at the Isambane Camp and stayed here for two nights. Everything is perfect: very friendly hosts, the guides Lex and Emma are awesome and have a great knowledge, the food is extremely food (and the chef has a great sense of humor), the morning and evening drives were fantastic and our room (the tent) exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommended !

They truly provided a once in a lifetime experience for us, getting close to animals and doing their best to take on any requests. Their local perspective, knowledge and stories added a unique twist compared to other game drives we've done. Never was the outgoing friendly Energetic personality while Mateo added a sense of safety in the bush. As mentioned they both have outstanding knowledge. Never's game drives are like a fun learning experience while driving through the African bush. Mateo has many years of experience in tracking and we enjoyed his in depth knowledge. The tent offers a barbecue and mountain views. Summerplace Game Reserve poskytuje restauraci, venkovní bazén, zahradu a terasu. Madikela Private Game Reserve se nachází 19 km odtud. I took my fiancé (then girlfriend) away for the weekend with the intention of proposing. I got in contact with the reserve and told them about my plans and requested them to assist with the set-up. They took us out on a private game drive whilst the staff was preparing a breakfast spot at the view point. Everyone assisted and overshot expectations. Apart from the lengths they went to to make the moment special, the whole weekend was amazing. The staff is exceptionally friendly and one feels at home. I would definitely recommend Summerplace for a weekend break away.

Accessible only by 4x4 vehicle or high suspension vehicle, this camps is located on the Gitlane Moonsicle Iudo African Community Cultural Site. Unfortunately we got stuck in poor weather and didn't make it to the lodge for our stay but they were so kind to reach out and make sure we were safe, and offered any help we needed that i still wanted to leave a good review. Will make sure to make it here next time around.
