From the moment we met Larbi there was an instant connection. His welcoming warmth made us feel at home. We picked him up and drove out to his camp not knowing what to expect. We were remote, away from the tours, with waves of golden sand at our feet. After tea, Beth and I walked the dunes to watch a lovely sunset. After a delicious tagine, we were surprised with a full moon rising and a sky of stars. The quiet was deafening, then broken with Berber rhythms from Larbi, his brother Nayim and friend Bryham. We danced by the fire and then shared life stories. We now have a new desert family.

Vše se mi splnilo. Personál velice přátelský a splní vše co si přejete. Doprovodný program skvělý. Jídlo úžasné. Vřele doporučuji.

Ideal for before/after the Dades gorge. The parking is on the street and you have to walk a 50 meters path to the hotel. The staff helped us carry all the baggage. The room was clean and the view was outstanding, so was the view from the rooftop terraces. Ideal for having a beer (if you buy it elsewhere) after a long ride.

The actual place is about 4 min drive from Mhamid so if you don't want to drive just for a dinner ask the owner as he can prepare that for you.

Tady naprosto ano. Místo úžasné, dechberoucí. Stany, společné toalety a koupelna čisté, jak jen to vůbec v písku jde. Milý personál, užili jsme si sandboarding hned za kempem, ranní vyjížďku na velbloudech na východ slunce, výborné jídlo. Moc všem děkujeme, příště se opět rádi vrátíme.

You can take a walk or a short hike to the nearby sand dunes, surrounded by palm trees and the old village ruins. It’s a perfect spot for those looking for something more off-the-beaten-path, and less touristy. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an authentic, serene desert experience.
