Lovely hotel 1km from the old town market which was exactly what we wanted. Cool room with fabulous view. Bathroom was good, new equipment. Shower to the side of the toilet but nothing new after a few days travelling in North Vietnam. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

Such a nice garden, room was clean and comfy with AC. The owners don't speak almost any English but you'll get by with Google translate. 100% recommended.
