Just stayed at this lovely location near Woodhall Spa . Had originally intended a one night trip but liked it so much we extended our stay Karen and Tony are wonderful hosts and the area is excellent for exploring the Lincolnshire countryside. The site is peaceful and quiet , loved the ducks nearby and the partridge that came to call. My first time in such a luxurious tent , which I will be repeating again. My wife and myself thoroughly enjoyed our break and would recommend it without hesitation. Many thanks to Karen and Tony and happy Ruby anniversary!

    Double bed was very comfy. Caravan was located at the back of the site. A 6 minute drive from reception/check in so it was lovely & quiet. Seller gave a discount on entertainment passes which was nice. Shower was lovely & hot.

    The caravan was amazing, very clean and spacious and the lakeside views were stunning. Location wise the caravan is a 5 minute walk to the club and bars. The kids absolutely loved the hot tub too . The beds are really comfy too .
