Among Cairo hotels, Steigenberger El Tahrir secures a spectacular location in El Tahrir Square, overlooking the Egyptian museum, minutes away from Khan El Khalili Bazar, and in close proximity to... Mr. Abdul at the reception was exceptionally helpful. The room he gave us was quiet, as we had asked for, with very good bed, great shower, and spotlessly clean. The location of the hotel is excellent, in a short walking distance from the Egyptian Museum. The bar at the ground floor is great and so is the breakfast, the a la carte restaurant and the buffet restaurant. Special thanks also to our waitresses Mariam at the a la carte restaurant, and all the other staff who without exception made our stay very pleasant.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the view from our room was magnificent, a direct, unobstructed view of the pyramids. This hotel is brand new and everything looks stunning and well-maintained. he rooftop cafe is absolutely beautiful! The staff there were incredibly friendly and approachable, and the view... MashaAllah, it took our breath away. Special thanks to Mr. Nour at the reception, who was so helpful from the moment we arrived until check-out. We also used the hotel’s carriage tour service to the pyramids, which cost only $25 for three people is very reasonable. The carriage driver, Mr. Ibrahim, was not just a driver but a fantastic and knowledgeable tour guide. In conclusion: Everything about this hotel was simply PERFECT.

The room was clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping did a great job every day. Breakfast was simple but fresh and satisfying, and you can always request extras if needed. What really stood out was the staff — incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help. They assisted me with local tours, transport, and were always checking in to make sure I was comfortable. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Pyramids entrance, and there are restaurants and cafes nearby. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Pyramids who’s looking for a clean, cozy place with a great view and a welcoming atmosphere.

The Nile dinner cruise organized by the hotel staff was the highlight of my stay. Sitting on the boat with oriental music playing and a gentle breeze blowing was incredibly relaxing. When I returned to the hotel, the room was clean, the towels were fresh, and the bed was neatly prepared.
