We had completed a 2 week customized tour of Egypt and wanted to revisit the pyramids of Giza and Grand Egyptian museum before finishing this "trip of a lifetime ". We chose this hotel close to pyramids The hotel was a wonderful surprise- it is a very new building, and the rooms are clean, with quality linen and towels. We chose a pyramid view room which gave us views from bedroom as well as the rooftop terrace which serves as bar, breakfast and dinner area. They will open a downstairs restaurant soon. The reception staff, were welcoming and extremely helpful. They organized transport and a day trip for us very efficiently. The bar staff, were also attentive. We were also pleasantly surprised by the evening light show and Friday night fireworks visible from the hotel. We walked from the hotel to the Sphinx gate to enter the pyramid complex without too much bother.

Mizo and Mufa are the brothers managing this hotel and they are really kind and helpful people,who care about every need of their guests in the hotel;they are very flexible and attending in every matter. The breakfast is delicious with coffee,tea,juices and a variety of breads,butter,jams,ham,cheese,yougurt,crepes,pastries and more,and all fresh.It is served by the waiters on the roof who are really professional,polite and service minded.Is always somebody on duty for 24 hours and you can order capuccino,milk shakes and more at any time of the day or night. One time I was even served breakfast at 1 pm with no problem,and with great dedication and smiles from the waiters in the roof. The view from the terrace is amazing looking at the Sphinx and the Pyramids and the entrance of the hotel is just 30 meters form the ticket office and and 20 meters from the Pyramid's entrance.Next to the hotel there is mini market,souvenirs shop,restaurants,ATM and more. The rooms are very big and spacious with a big wardrobe,chairs and table;the rooms are very clean and you can request to be cleaned at any day of your stay. Very important is that the rooms have a properly working air condition,that it is a must in the hot months in Egypt. The bathroom was really clean with proper cold and hot water running in good amounts at all times without any issue.The plenty amount of towels provided were of very good quality,clean and spotless. Taxis and tours are available on request and they are always of good quality and from guides and drivers you can trust. The surrounding areas of the hotel are really safe even there lot of hustle around,there is also so much police around at all times. Definitely the place to stay if you want to be next to entrance to the Pyramids and experience the real and genuine hospitality of Egypt. Hope to be back soon to this small palace in Giza.

I highly highly enjoyed my stay here! Sameh took such good care of me my entire stay. Anything you need from a guided tour of the pyramids or anywhere in Cairo, breakfast, dinner, coffee, tea whatever you need he will assist in getting it for you! The view here is magical! The hotel is very close to the pyramids, as well as shops and restaurants. The room and bathroom is very clean and comfortable and quiet. Sameh will make you feel right at home. There are alot o f hotels to choose from here and none can beat the personalized experience you will recieve here. So grateful I chose El Kahlil Pyramid Inn. When I come back to Cairo Im coming back here. I highly recommend staying here!
