Outstanding staff - good, polite and helpful (front desk was English speaking) The room was beautiful! It was clean, heated bathroom floors, loved the shower and bathtub, comfortable bed. The hotel breakfast was great value for money. Excellent service (server was English speaking) and food variety was good. Hotel is located across the street from the Rhein River (2-3 min walk). Two restaurants located across the street from the hotel - RheinSchänke - MM Rheinterrassen GmbH & Co KG and another small outdoor restaurant overlooking the Rhein.

Surrounded by vineyards, this 4-star hotel in Eltville offers rooms with balconies and free Wi-Fi. It is a 12-minute walk from the Eltville Train Station and the River Rhine. The quality of everything. All the little added touches. The breakfast was amazing. The bed is very comfortable . The staff go above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel in Rüdesheim is just a 5-minute walk from the River Rhine and the famous Drosselgasse street. It offers non-smoking rooms and big breakfast buffets every day. Breakfast was good. Sunday was nice to have sparkling wine and salmon. This was not available Monday or Tuesday. The selection for breakfast was fresh and nicely presented. Our room was a good size, but we did not spend too much time in it as we were enjoying the christmas markets. The location was just off the main square which was goods, as it was a quiet room.

This hotel is situated in Rüdesheim’s historic Old Town district, and the famous Drosselgasse Lane is around the corner. Buffet breakfast was very good everything you would expect. Room was very clean , bed comfortable , slept well. Location perfect short walk from the railway station and to the xmas market.Also whilst there I became ill with a U. T.I infection , the ladies on reception were extremely helpful and arranged for paramedics to attend and take me to the local hospital where I was seen and treated very swiftly. Many thanks to all involved.
