We booked Piece Lio because of the unique style of the hotel and also I read a lot of good reviews. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Especially to Dan who was very kind to us. Staying here was like being on the red carpet. "I was completely blown away by the thoughtful surprise the hotel had prepared for my wife's birthday. I never mentioned her birthday to the staff. They sang a quick 'happy birthday' and made her feel special and appreciated. It was a simple gesture, but it meant the world to me. The housekeeping team at this hotel is exceptional. They did more than just clean. They even left a complimentary snack with a birthday greeting note. Kudos to Anamy & Leo! We also would like to commend Jonathan for driving us to the town and back to the hotel. His friendly and knowledgeable approach made our trips smooth and hassle-free. I can’t say enough about the hospitality at this hotel. From the first greeting to the final farewell. It wasn’t just polite service—it was warm, friendly, and comforting, making us feel right at home. It made our stay here so memorable and will definitely book here again the next we visit El Nido again. Also will refer Piece Lio to our friends and family. Highly Recommended!

Best hotel you can book! Beds are so comfortable, great facilities, 24/7 gym, beautiful spa area and excellent staff. From Matt checking us in, Genesis and Ivy warm welcome every morning for breakfast, Maricel on floor 6 and Shiela for the fantastic massage! I would recommend this hotel to everyone

Immaculate property,very professional and gentle staff.I regret for not staying longer.Maybe next time.The location is within mins walking distance to all shopping malls and restaurant.

This tropical hotel provides luxurious themed suites with free WiFi. Great spa with good massage, jaccuzzi and sauna. Gym is also nice. Room is spacious and comfy and quiet and nicely decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff.
