The room and staff were splendid. we had trouble with car booking and they were so helpful to support. Above that, when we returned to BKK, we totally forget to request for full receipt but when we made contact to the hotel, they were fully support and send email to us later which we were very thankful.

Situated along Melaka's lively waterfront, Holiday Inn Melaka offers spacious rooms with stunning sea or city views and flat-screen TVs. we liked that the rooms were spotless. the hotel is old, but we appreciate the effort put in by the staff to ensure the cleanliness is top notch. the location was good too as it was at the heart of malacca, and near to attractions and malls.

Staff, facilities and services all of high standard. Nice car park which was in fact easy to access. Breakfast was excellent. Would be better if there could be indication that a table was occupied. The staff were very diligent and they act very fast to remove all items (including uneaten food) and clean your table once no one was seen sitting at the table.

Featuring rooms with a private balcony and free internet, Casa Del Rio is located by the Melaka River. It modern facilities include an infinity pool and 3 dining options. Very nice hotel in a convenient location within walking distance from attractions. Nice swimming pool.

Host Savier was responsive and gave clear instructions for check in. Process was smooth and we had a comfortable stay. It is just as good as the hotel room itself.
