The breakfast was amazing, huge variety to choose from, every staff member made you feel comfortable and made sure you are well taken care of and served upon. The staff in the entire hotel is friendly, from the concierge to the check-in to the cleaners. They made our stay memorable and we will certainly be back.

Oh where do I start? Everything was perfect and exceeding our expectations. The welcoming "ceremony" was memorable and since we booked a suite our checked in was done in a special lounge area for suite guests. This lounge area is perfectly decorated with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We then got upgraded to Premiere Suite which was superb. One thing we noticed from day one is the present of soothing aromatherapy everywhere in the hotel. Could you let me know what aromatherapy is that? Furthermore the choices of food and beverages are diverse and delicious. We do aware that the food price is rather high but this is worth it since the food and drinks are of high quality. Additionally, given the hotel's location and its 5 stars status the price of the food and beverages are not exorbitant. We love the location and environment of the hotel.. It was an unforgettable vacation for both of us and we are looking forward to come back to Plataran Bromo!

Place with an incredible story. Have traveled alot, but have never been in place like this. Room amazing, food amazing, people amazing. Would like to give a special thank to Mr. Wawan. True character of this place. Location is very near Rainbow village and other great places of Malang town. Big enough privat parking place. Trully here is everything you’ll need. And do try food in their restaurant as well. You won’t regret. Not to mention breakfast. Michellin stars should be on their doors.

Plus, breakfast offered a fantastic variety that catered to all tastes. I even transformed the massive 65-inch TV into a laptop monitor, allowing me to work remotely from the comfort of my bed—it was such a fun experience! If you’re in Malang to explore Bromo, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. You won’t find a better blend of quality and value anywhere else!

Shana’s, Mila & Tyas were very friendly, helpful, happy, wonderful staff. I will definitely be back. Manager Samsul was very nice person. Alex helped me to bringing down my luggage, nice of him. Ms Elsa, Ms Mila, Shanaz & Tyas helped me to order Grab for me. They know, this was my first time, they were checking on me on WhatsApp that how I am , where. Make sure I am safe. Tyas surprised me when she sent a WhatsApp message for safety. Tyas is a sweetheart, I really appreciated for asking that I am safe. God bless her heats.
