Lovely swim up pool, comfortable common pool area, delicious pool bar menu, but above all, every one of staff member was amazing!!

Location of hotel is perfect. The beach and sea are wonderful. Hotel is designed very comfortable. Rooms are big enough and swim up rooms are well organized. We spent 6 nights. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Special thanks to George B. (Guest relations manager) He made our holiday perfect. He is always smiling and kind. Everything was excellent. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and supportive. Many thanks to Aris and Greta for their outstanding hospitality.

10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar se nachází v centru města Město Rhodos a nabízí terasu a bar. Pláž Elli je 1,1 km daleko. What a delightful unique hotel. We were a group of 8 arriving on 1 Nov , so end of season. The staff were amazing and so friendly and greeted us with a lovely welcome drink.. We had a standard room, so whilst it did not have a whirlpool it had such character and was so well designed with all the toiletries and tea/coffee facilities as well as bath robes and slippers.. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. We also ate dinner at the hotel and were treated to a (free) wine tasting class. The food was excellent and I would highly recommend the wine. The hotel is exceptionally good value and the staff are so helpful. They also provide transport to bring your luggage from your car /taxi. I would highly recommend this hotel right in the centre of the Old Town.

We came here to celebrate my husband's birthday and we were amazed by the extremely high level of service and love we received from all who work here. You can tell everyone enjoys being there and takes great pride in their work. One of the managers, Paris, was especially attentive and took special care to be sure everything was perfect for us and really went the extra mile to be sure we wanted for nothing. Usually I have to confirm and be sure all the wishes I discussed in emails with a venue about a special experience/birthday surprise are going to be carried through - but with Gennadi all was above and beyond expectation with zero work from me! The mille-feuille I asked them to make for Robert's birthday cake was the absolute best I have ever had and in true Gennadi style, they went the extra mile and even put gold flakes on top! We loved hearing about everyone's country (the staff is from all over Europe) and Petra who gave amazing service at dinner was even from Hungary, where my grandmother came from! The food was perfection - complements to the executive chef who was always keeping an eye on everything. The room was beautiful and the housekeeping ladies keep the resort absolutely spotless.

Cook's Club Kolymbia Rhodes -Adults only se nachází v destinaci Kolimbia a poskytuje ubytování s sezónním venkovním bazénem, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm, fitness centrem a zahradou. Byl to krásný a rozlehlý resort a opravdu vše vypadalo jako na fotkách. Jídlo bylo taky výborné, snídaně ve formě bufetu a večeře podle menu. Pokoje čisté a moderní. Personál byl opravdu skvělý, velmi přátelský a usměvavý.
