Swissôtel offers elegant accommodation in Quito’s affluent commercial and residential district. I really enjoyed the pool and the spa, a great time to rest before meetings. Food is great and installations are lovely.

I’m not a breakfast eater, but SO appreciated having coffee in my room and the going up for fresh fruit and Greek yogurt! Lucas was extremely amenable to making whatever I wanted, whenever 😀

The hotel is located in a beautiful area and the owners and staff are very helpful. I would recommend this hotel alot.

A beautiful hotel which is on the edge of Old Town.it’s very stylish and has large comfortable bedrooms which are immaculate and are very quiet at night. Breakfast is wonderful and with excellent choice and is served in the central area. The highlight however was the staff who are very helpful, friendly and professional. We ate every night on the roof terrace, which was beautiful overlooking the skyline of Quito. Ponchos and heaters were a lovely addition and the food was amazing! The service was exceptional, Dino in particular made our stay memorable! He managed to anticipate all our needs and we loved every minute of our stay. A truly amazing hotel!

We stayed at Illa Experience for our last night in Ecuador and Galapagos. It’s an exceptionally designed small hotel with stunning rooms, interior furnishing and views. We loved our suit and double-shower! We dined at the restaurant which provided exceptional dining experience. Breakfast was also wonderful. Staff and services were exceptional!
