The entire reception team deserves special thanks, they were welcoming, attentive, and consistently helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience feel seamless and personal. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Munich, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and very comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Munich.

Yet the location is peaceful, quiet, nice small restaurants nearby. Opposite the hotel is a grocery store.

This privately owned Alpine-style design hotel is located in the centre of Oberammergau, 700 metres from the Passion Theatre. Hotel Maximilian offers design rooms and a spa area. A great stay overall. The breakfast was fantastic—fresh, varied, and high quality. The spa area (especially the sauna and hammam) was spotless and relaxing. Staff were professional and helpful throughout. The location is convenient for both the town and nearby nature spots. I’ll definitely come back.
