Hotel Boutique Maree has an outdoor swimming pool, bar, a shared lounge and garden in Santa Marta. Boasting a concierge service, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially at the restaurant and reception. We were running very late to the airport and they managed to prepare our breakfast in just 5 minutes amazing service! Very, very recommended!

The place is just few minutes walk from the beach and main street of Taganga which enables you to access easily the best part of the town but at the same time to be in a quiet and peaceful place. I wish to be back soon!!

I went with my girlfriend, and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The location couldn’t be better — peaceful and quiet inside, yet just steps away from the vibrant atmosphere of the park. The hotel itself has a calm, intimate vibe that made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were truly outstanding: highly professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Special thanks to Miriam, who went out of her way to make sure our breakfast was exactly to our taste every morning, and to Fernando, the administrator, who is not only a great professional but also a wonderful conversationalist. If you’re visiting Santa Marta and want a place that combines perfect location, comfort, and exceptional service, Placita Vieja is an excellent choice.

Massages on site. Hot water showers and breakfast with several options to choose from. Good WiFi. You can also hike to a nearby waterfall for the afternoon. Highly recommended. I will be back when I can stay longer!
