The Location is perfect and our room has 2 terraces , which we can enjoy the view of Matterhorn day and night and if you want to enjoy the Matterhorn , you have to stay here for at least two nights because Matterhorn always was covered by cloud . Breakfast is very good and all the staffs there are very friendly and very helpful .

Featuring an indoor pool and a spa and wellness centre, The Capra Saas-Fee is an elegant, Alpine-style hotel located in Saas-Fee’s centre, just a 2-to 5-minute walk from several ski lifts. Service was 5 stars +. All staff very friendly and helpful. We got an early breakfast organised for us as we had to leave early for skitouring.

From the valley station of Zermatt's Sunnegga Cable Car, a lift takes you directly to the reception of the CERVO Mountain Resort, located right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails. The elevator down to Sunnega was super convenient. The interior design gives a classic cabin vibe.

Situated on a rock, 45 metres above the roofs of central Zermatt, guests access The Omnia via a tunnel leading to an elevator, which brings them right into the lobby. Perfect location, welcoming staff, and a spacious, beautifully designed room. Exceptional service and top-notch facilities. I’ll definitely be returning soon.

Objekat Grand Hotel Zermatterhof, koji ima bar, nalazi se u centru grada Cermat, na 6 min. hoda od znamenitosti Železnička stanica Zermatt. This was one of the most magnificent hotels we’ve ever stayed in and easily the best on our most recent European vacation. Everything about this hotel is wonderful! The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, the room was big and perfectly appointed with a wonderful balcony overlooking the centre of Zermatt and the glorious Matterhorn peak making for the most picturesque holiday photos. The bathroom is excellent with a dreamy shower and even a two in one toilet that rinsed your behind with warm water (much better than a bidet which we can never work out in Italy!) Breakfast was also delicious and served in the delightful, old world charm dining room that also serves as the Lusi Brasserie in the evening, (and make sure you book that ahead for dinner because that was also exceptional!) And don’t miss the pool, sauna, steam room and ice room! Just fantastic! All staff were of the highest quality and in particular front desk staff member Julia was also wonderful organising our departure transport and answered all of our questions during our stay. Highly recommend this superb hotel and we can’t wait to return!
