Situated on a rock, 45 metres above the roofs of central Zermatt, guests access The Omnia via a tunnel leading to an elevator, which brings them right into the lobby. The best hotel i have ever been in. The staff is very nice, the spa is amazing, outside jaccuzy with the view is a dream, a few saunas, towels and water as many as you need, so quiet and beutiful. the room big and beautiful, the view from the terrace is amazing. Even the sleepers are the most cozy i saw in hotels. Breakfast and Dinner are really good. The waitresses uniform is lovely. They think about every little detail, when we left they gave us a box of chocolate!

The breakfast was simply divine—each morning felt like a celebration of flavors in the breathtakingly beautiful restaurant. Even though the spa facilities were temporarily located in a neighboring hotel, they were every bit as delightful—beautiful indoor and outdoor pools nestled in breathtaking natural surroundings. The transfer in a horse drawn carriage felt very fairy too! Every aspect of our stay was magical and exceeded our highest expectations.
