I love the accommodation here. It’s just 5 minutes from Kirchberg, yet located on a charming Austrian farm. The building is lovely, and the surroundings are so quiet and beautiful—perfect for relaxing and admiring the beauty of Tirol. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We stayed on the first floor, where you have access to a small kitchen area with a fridge, kettle, and coffee machine, which was a great convenience. On top of that, you can also use some items from the main kitchen. The owner is such a warm and welcoming person—we truly felt like part of the family. Outside, there are plenty of lovely spots where you can relax, have breakfast, or enjoy a coffee in the fresh air.

Our hosts, the Linthaler family were stars. Mrs L spoke good English, which is often a problem we've found at Austrian guesthouses, and regularly advised us on what events or activites were going on in the area. Mr L ; what a remarkable man, he gets up every morning at five to milk his cows next door, then comes in to help with breakfast for the guests, on top of managing his delightful but busy two youngsters. Somedays he hiked an hour and a half up Fleckalm and skied down for exercise, coming back looking like he's just had a five-minute jog. He and his dad even took us on a tour of his dairy during milking time and showed us why Tirol has such good milk.
