The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Great family. Excellent location in nice residentail area. Easy walk to sunset / leeward beach takes about 10 minutes. We hiked around the area and went to Grace Bay beach, Long Bay beach, and the Blue Haven marina without needing a rental car. So some really nice places to visit that are relatively close. Also took a couple of taxis to get around and bring back groceries. The room has a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

Enjoyed the independence of an apartment rather than a hotel, and it was a superb apartment. It seemed quite new, it was clean, spacious, and the owners had provided everything you could possibly need, from a huge range of cooking pots/utensils to snorkelling equipment and beach towels, even the washing powder and tumble drier sheets were all provided - it really is a home from home. Based in Grace Bay, it was pretty easy to get anywhere by car and there were always plenty of parking spaces (although we did travel slightly out of season). Also, the owners were friendly and very quick to respond if you had any queries and they recommended a few good eating places.

Private Guest House 2 bedrooms & 2 baths near Grace Bay Beach & Long Bay Beach. We liked how comfortable the house was for seven adults. We love that there were a lot of fruit trees and different vegetation.

It was a perfect set up: luxury, coffee and free water bottles (no plastic - they recycle). The attention from the staff without being too pushy, they were friendly and respected our space. I loved Grace Bay Beach: the water is clean, transparent and there is no littering - I could not even find a cigarette butt in the sand! You can take a long walk on the beach (extremelly safe) and still find natural beauty - look out for pelicans! The bar offered the best pina coladas!

Each room looks inviting as depicted in the pictures. We love all of the glass throughout the property along with the manicured landscaping. Alessandro and Vince were very hospitable and some of the nicest people who took care of our needs which made for a pleasant vacation. The pool was nice along with the rooftop. The villa was pretty private but allowed for access to the beach. There were a couple of hiccups but Alessandro was quick to address the problems. We utilized the recommended chef and the food was very delicious. We would definitely come back to visit again.
