We loved our stay. The hosts were kind, helpful and welcoming and we learned a lot about Polynesia. The bungalow is very spacious, including the bathroom, and there is a walk-in closet. The bed was very comfortable, and the communal kitchen was such a delight, they have great appliances. A lot of thought has gone into building this place, for example having a door that goes directly into the bathroom so that you don’t fill the main room with sand. The property is kayaks and we kayaked to the most pristine motu, where we saw baby sharks!! Incredible place.

We loved everything about our experience and stay with Isabella and Edward. They are wonderful hosts and their property is clean and in a fabulous location. You will need a car to travel to them. You should hire a car anyway to see the entire island, its gorgeous. We enjoyed conversing with the other guests during our stay and the breakfast of bread and fresh fruit was delightful. We highly recommend staying at La Maison Du Voyage and look forward to going back!

They knew it was our honeymoon and had several special touches ready for our arrival. The hotel has everything you need and the staff is incredibly attentive (special thanks to Elodie and Kohai). They also help you with any excursions you’d like to do. If we come back to Raiatea, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Duplex en bord de mer Fare Tahitea Pension se nachází v destinaci Taputapuapea a poskytuje zahradu, terasu a ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi a výhledem na moře. Jeff and Tepairu were the most amazing hosts, this accomodation is situated in a beautiful lagoon that we were lucky enough to swim in every night and every morning. Beautiful amenities, an easy six minute bike ride to the local store to fill up on essentials.

The property was beautiful and clean and comfortable. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast for a fee which were amazing! We only stayed one night which was too short!

Everything was perfect, I very recommend if you want privacy, island experience and not big box hotel. Wooden cottage with terrace is very new and tasteful, room is spacious and modern bathroom is huge. We were met with fruit basket on the table and bananas came directly from the plants in front of our terrace. We had a tour of owner's certified organic permaculture garden! Every afternoon we kayaked to the motu (free kayak provided) in front of our fare and spent hours until sunset snorkeling and just enjoying complete solitude on white sand beach. Can't beat that! Manutea is great host, he recommended wonderful local hike to the top of the mountain to replace closed Mount Taipoi trail and always was very attentive, but respectful. Car is needed to reach supermarket or restaurant, but that was a plus for us and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Relaxed and private with lovely mountain/rural views. Friendly dogs to play with and bikes to ride. Creek to explore across the road.
