I plan to stay one night, but ended up staying three, it is such a peaceful spot about a seven minute walk from the beach. I stayed one night in the yurt and two nights in the guesthouse facing the water. Both were really lovely and comfortable. The public bathroom/showers are really clean as well. Breakfast is tasty and dinner is offered at a reasonable price. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a relaxing few nights.

Room is clean and comfortable with an amazing breakfast. Also very close to beach. They also helped us arrange the car to meet us and also send us to the airport.

Actually is a home stay and the entire family live in the complex, so the atmosphere is very lovely. It has very clean rooms and courtyard. Specially the second floor has good view to Issyk-Kul lake. It is easy to find the address. not far from lake's shore. Staff are helpful, The owners' English skill is not high but enough to answer our questions..

We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen for our self catering, the roomy common area, the clean bathrooms and comfortable bedroom. It's a stone's throw from the beach, a nice place for a walk on a sunny morning or evening, in a quiet area within easy access of the city. Highly recommended!

Another unforgettable part of the trip was the horse riding excursion. Galloping through lush meadows and along the lake’s edge, surrounded by pristine nature, was both thrilling and peaceful. The guides were knowledgeable and ensured a safe yet adventurous ride, perfect for both beginners and experienced riders. If you’re seeking a blend of culture, nature, and genuine hospitality, this yurt stay on Lake Issyk-Kul is a must. I left with a full heart, incredible memories, and a deep appreciation for Kyrgyzstan’s beauty. Highly recommend!

We booked and arrived late - the host was super gracious and friendly, and even though they don't offer dinner as a service, she ordered delivery from a local restaurant and they provided to our house. The beds were much more comfortable than they look in the pictures. The house is special, built by the owners themselves, and has a lot of character. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. They made us feel at home right away. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Ibrahim and his dad are great at chess, and Ibrahim is especially good with people — he can talk to anyone and is also fun to play cards with. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Bokonbayevo
