Jukeiso features Japanese-style rooms overlooking the majestic entrance gate (Torii) of Itsukushima-jinja Shrine, only a 5-minute walk from the Unesco World Heritage Site itself. Everything was great. We used the service to pick up our luggage from the luggage storage, and explored our way up to the beautiful hotel location on foot. The staff were welcoming. Dinner was both beautiful and delicious, and it was great to be able to book the bath for a relaxing private bath. The rooms were spacious, pretty, relaxing, and quiet with an amazing view!

Our stay exceeded our expectations, which were already high based on photos and reviews of the hotel. The staff gave us a wonderful welcome and provided all useful information we could need (in English) and were so helpful in arranging transfers to and from the ferry port. The facility is gorgeous and it is clear that a lot of thought went into the details, from the amenities to the decor and also in the guest experience. The onsens were also beautifully done and very relaxing. The food was excellent and most of it locally sourced. The Japanese breakfast was exceptional and we also had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant one night. Lastly, the staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a very lovely stay and would stay again!

Amazing rooms, very well designed and beautiful aesthetically. I definitely want to come back, this was our nicest hotel of the whole trip.

LAZULI Hiroshima Hotel and Lounge se nachází v destinaci Hirošima. Katō Tomosaburō Bronze Statue je 1,1 km daleko a Hiroshima University Institute of Medical History 1,4 km. Everything! We had a tatami suite double room with balcony, which had lots of space and a view of the river, and we would keep going to the balcony just to take in the sunrise, sunset, the fish and the birds. The room was clean and comfortable, had tea (get your refill bags from the lounge area) and coffee and if you just need to wash a few items, the shower room has a drying fan which was super useful. The staff were warm and friendly and replied promptly to my messages prior to our arrival. They gave us recommendations, helped make a restaurant reservation, and called a taxi for us. The sake tasting session was a bonus! The hotel location is quite tranquil, and a few minutes' walk will bring you to a tram stop and beyond that, it's a few more minutes to Hiroshima Station.
