Perfect stay by the airport! The staff are what made it for us, they were so kind and lovely. We also enjoyed the traditional breakfast in the morning. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

A family of 4+ could easily move in here and live comfortably. The back decks are beautiful to just sit and watch the jungle. It is a little way down the road from the city, which means it is quiet and very laid back. I had both a breakfast and a dinner while at the guest house. Both were great portions with a lot of variety, tasty, and well worth the money. Unfortunately, my schedule and Wendy's schedule didn't align for her bird tour. There was lots of flora and fauna to explore. My personal sightings included Toucans and a Morpha butterfly. I'm willing to bet that there was a lot I missed that Wendy could have found and shared!

We stayed here two nights, and we loved it! The cottages are as cute as in the pictures, and very clean. It was a bit cold when we were there, so we had the chance of lighting a fire in the fireplace of the room (wood and stuffs to light a fire is provided in the room), which made the evenings extra special. The staff is very welcoming, and the restaurant very good. All in all, a delightful stay!

Eco Guest House- Sarapiquí 2 se může pochlubit výhledem na hory a nabízí ubytování s terasou a varnou konvicí. La Paz Waterfall Gardens se nachází přibližně 35 km odtud. Wendy was really helpful, lots of advice and organised a great white water rafting trip. Extra for breakfast was worth it!

Peace Lodge se nachází 1 hodinu jízdy od San Jose ve Vara Blanca. Nabízí krytý bazén, restauraci a Wi-Fi zdarma. Unique lodges, even better then The Springs, huge territory, perfect hideaway. We did feeding animals tour, nice experience, and without crowds of tourists in the morning.

Finca Paraiso Mountain Retreat near San Jose Airport se nachází v El Roble v Heredii a nabízí krytý bazén a wellness centrum s masážemi a jógou. The peaceful scenery, and all the beautiful nature around the place.

Casa Familiar la Tortuga se nachází v destinaci Heredia a poskytuje zahradu, sdílený lounge, terasu, bar a výhled na město. Amazing household, huge to say the least and very tidy. Fernando was amazing and very hospitable. The will return if in the area again.
