Their top notch service and hospitality that was the best and even better than many 5-Star hotel, special thanks to Rui and Olivia who make our stay the most wonderful one. Great breakfast & evening snacks, I personally love their noodles that help warm up in the morning and night time. They went extra mile with complimentary 1-Day city tour that showed us around the heritage & futuristic places of Shanghai with special thanks to Xiao He, our tour guide who’s really helpful and supportive during the tour and made sure we got the nice family pictures! Last but not least, their complimentary 1-way airport drop-off and Shanghai Disneyland shuttle made the whole stay super convenient. Lovely housekeeping team for their spotless clean room and all amenities, they also provided us the free laundry at no charge, superb!! Location wise, it’s near the Beixinjing metro and very convenient to go to Nanjing Rd and IFC mall for shopping. You can order your food & drink to hotel and they will let their robot to send to your room!

Very modern, comfortable. Ideal for a short stay while transiting through Pudong. I really liked the modern bathroom and room amenities. The check in and check out were also very fast and convenient. Also the ability to takę the luggage trolley from the terminal to the room floor.

I frequently stay at this property as it is clean, comfortable, and well maintained! It is also really handy for local transport with the metro line accessible by lift directly from the building. My dog and I stay here very often.

The J Hotel Shanghai Tower delivers a truly elevated experience, both literally and figuratively. My upgraded Stateroom was a showcase of refined modern luxury, with a glossy dark floor, cream and gold accents, a superbly comfortable bed, and an elegant bathroom featuring a marble-bench rain shower and sculptural bathtub. Every detail was thoughtfully considered – from the Nespresso machine and premium minibar to whisper-quiet climate control and fully electronic curtains and lighting. The views over the Huangpu River and Shanghai’s skyline, especially by day, were simply breathtaking. Breakfast was outstanding, combining a refined buffet with à la carte options, fresh berries, multiple nut varieties, unsweetened yoghurt, and exceptional service. Staff throughout the stay were attentive without intrusion, anticipating needs before they were voiced. The bar offered spectacular river views, superb cocktails, and a refined atmosphere once the live music began. A takeaway breakfast box prepared for my early departure was beautifully presented and freshly made – a wonderful gesture.

The staff here was absolutely wonderful! I will return because of the service from the staff. They were patient and helpful. I had to communicate with a translator because I am not a Chinese speaker and everyone was always willing to figure out my needs. They were so nice to my children and thoughtful about them. My son got hurt and they did everything to make him feel better. Breakfast was ok and had something different each day. I enjoyed the noodle bar and my kids loved the selection of fresh vegetables and fruit as well as the candy bar! The hotel restaurant is also pretty good. The hotel is perfect for Disney. It is very far away from museums, aquarium, airport and train station.

The St. Regis Shanghai Jingan is ideally positioned on West Beijing Road, allowing stunning skyline views in the heart of Shanghai. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was welcoming and very sweet, especially Jolin, who was our designated butler. She was attentive and was ready to help us whenever we needed anything. The hotel room was big, comfortable and full of amenities, and the views were spectacular. We also enjoyed the morning breakfast, which catered to all different tastes and dietary requirements, offering a wide variety of options (the pancakes were one of the best I've ever had).

Bellagio Shanghai je prvním hotelem Bellagio v Číně a druhým na světě, který nahrazuje sesterský hotel Bellagio Las Vegas. Nachází se v Šanghaji, 1,3 km od věže Oriental Pearl. There was always one English -speaking staff at reception. We were so nicely upgraded to the Pearl Tower view, it's not the hub of the CBD but in a nice location for long walks, absolutely loved the room, the bathroom facilities and auto-bidet!!! Wow! Loved the tea selections (first time having Longjing tea), no one smoked within the hotel, it was kept clean and maintained. Housekeeping staff work very hard (clean 3 times a day!), and very friendly and always wanted to make your stay comfortable. The gym and swimming pool level had a cool complimentary BMI calculator.
