The staff was friendly and helpfull to make my stay even more pleasant. Spa and pool are marvelous. The breakfast has an amazing variety and is very delicious.

If you ever plan to visit Xi'an, Hesu is definitely one of the best hotels you could ask for. The location is great. The receptionists and the housekeepers are all incredibly welcoming. You will receive very high-quality service here. The rooms are spotlessly clean and cozy. Not to mention the lovely cats (5 of them) in the hotel you can spend time with. My two kids visited the cats all the time during our stay. This hotel is absolutely amazing, and it's highly recommended.

The hotel was very organized, clean and safe. The Staff members were very polite, helpful in nature and were warm towards me. I had a memorable first time experience in China, thanks to them. The breakfast buffet was do delicious and grand. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone because of their professionalism.

I especially love the room: the layout is a bit unique, but it gives a cozy ambiance. I like the small closet & the bathroom is beautiful, and of course the bidet really makes a lot of difference into my stay in China.

It is conveniently located just across the street from the metro station, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
