The room was so luxurious. The in-house restaurants served us some of the best food we had during our trip in Canada. The service was exceptional, every staff member was very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed that our room had a proper bathtub and walk-in shower. You could tell there had been a high level of care and thought put into the decor and details of all the spaces.

Set in Nature, Designed for Comfort. Discover Vancouver Island’s most awe-inspiring oceanfront retreat. I planned to Stay in a house or Cabin, not a Complex, but Black Rock beat me. Unbelievable View and You feel full privacy in a huge Complex. We had a trail Studio, with full amenities (full kitchen and kitchenettes ) and it has a great view from the room. super Calm and quiet. Helpfull staff. Never forget our stay , highly recommended.

Offering a heated outdoor lap pool and hot tub, L'Hermitage Hotel includes rooms with a flat-screen TV. Vancouver City Centre SkyTrain is 300 m away. Excellent staff who all went out of their ways to attend to all our requests and beyond. We were offered tea coffee and use of bathroom facilities on early arrival and again until 10pm when we had to wait for our 2am flight. The food at the restaurant was very good and the restaurant manager was courteous and super attentive which made the meal that much more enjoyable. We loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The hotel is centrally located but very quiet and cosy.

The staff were informative and very friendly, especially Danni. We also unexpectedly had a continental brekkie included

Amazing place in Campbell River with great staff, comfortable apartments, nice spa area. I highly recommend this place and I wish I come back to Vancouver Island to this resort.

Smithe House se nachází v centru města Vancouver a nabízí fitness centrum. Pláž Sunset Beach se nachází 1,9 km daleko. Tento hotel se 4 hvězdičkami nabízí službu concierge. We stayed at Smithe House when we were going to a concert at BC Place. The location was perfect for us. It was a quick walk to the stadium! There was a nice little woodfire pizza restaurant just a few minutes walk away. They upgraded us and our room was fantastic... modern and clean with all of the appliances you could need, a shower with nice water pressure, the most comfortable bed and pillows, and even a private balcony! They were even thoughtful enough to ask what coffee we would prefer. You don't need to check in at a desk. Everything is done via text/email. We paid for private secure parking in their garage...highly recommended! Their communication is the absolute best. We spoke with them several times before and during our stay. We highly recommend Smithe House and will hopefully get to stay there again soon!
