The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are well appointed but small. The house keeping is kind and courteous - the staff are good and the food is amazing. Would 100% stay again even if the area is a little touch and go. Still worth it!

The bed was so comfortable and beautiful bedding, the view we had was great. The room was well equipped. Coffee hit the mark every morning. The staff were so accommodating. Even though we checked out at 10 they held our baggage and let us come back and hang out still letting us use the amenities. The subway is close by so everywhere is not far away

it’s so spacious! we didn’t realise there were 2 bathrooms in the family suite so that was a brilliant surprise, great for getting 4 people out jn the morning. The view over the bridge is wonderful.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room is cute and nice, bathroom pretty spacious. Located in Chinatown, have great access to lots of Chinese food.

Excellent location, we walked over Brooklyn bridge to explore, and went out for Chinese in the evenings for dinner. Staff were excellent, really professional without being overbearing. Views were magnificent. Also lovely space for tea/coffee from 8-4pm everyday, and amazing rooftop views. Highlight recommend.

Hotel is located in really calm area, near the subway station (Grand St for B,D & Bowery for J,Z). What is good to know is, that there is a Fire station nearby & also the Manhattan bridge, meaning that once in a while there is some noice from the outside, but if the window is closed, you can barely hear the train. The noise takes like 15-20 seconds, so it is not that annoying. I was never woken up by the noise from the train or the fire station. Room was clean, so was the bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. There is no microwave or tea kettle/coffee maker in the room but you can find it in the hotel (at the time of our stay, if was on 3rd floor, right by the elevator). Room has a TV, with Hulu/Netflix/Amazon/YouTube & more. You have to sign in with your own account. The AC was working well, and the view to street was OK. Hotel employees were nice and helpful.
