Mattress was old and deformed from too much usage, springs were probably changed shape where each person sleep and it was very uncomfortable. when I complained they changed the top mattress instead of the mattress itself.

The hotel is just amazing and the location couldn’t be better. We had an amazing room on the top floor with a breathtaking view of Marina Bay Sands. Breakfast is amazing. And we loved the complementary fitness classes. Staff is really nice too!

Room was spotless, ample space to relax and the bathroom was huge as well. View was beautiful and they even sent up cake for my birthday. One night was well worth the stay and it was in a fantastic location as well. Pan Pac is probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Singapore!

The location is perfect and everything of note is within easy walkable reach. The rooms are perfect with all the facilities required, the swimming pool is also very good. The staff are the jewel though - friendly and exceptionally helpful. Thank Dao (special mention to the resident “Mona Lisa”, Nisa)

The location of this property was perfect for our stay. The MRT station is right outside, it’s a 20min walk to Gardens by the Bay, there’s a great food court a 5min stroll and bus station too. We managed to get around on public transport with such ease. The hotel is very comfortable. We received a complimentary room upgrade to the Finlayson suite and it was so spacious, with washer/dryer and kitchen. Swimming pool was great

The hotel room was excellent. It was on a high floor with a very good view. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very large and had both a walk in shower and a bath as well as two sinks. The room was simply superb. The hotel breakfast was taken in the executive lounge and was excellent. The staff were also excellent.
