All are perfect! Kind staff, clean, good internet. The location is perfect. First trip in India. I was concerned about the food. We eat at hotel all days. Food is delicious and we had no problems. Last day i understood the purpose of the hotel. Only for this you must stay with these amazing people!

We had a very nice stay - the room was perfect to relax after hectic days in Mumbai. Everything was clean, AC worked perfectly and the bar/little restaurant on the top floor is perfect for a little breakfast in the morning.

‘You get what you pay for’ I cannot fault this b&b… excellent value for money…. I booked this property 10 months ago. I booked on the basis it’s very safe, clean and friendly. I am travelling with my 8 year old daughter. So my main priority was that the accommodation had to be safe. The staff here are excellent. We were welcomed with our requested early check in. We were so grateful for this as we had been travelling for nearly 24hrs. We had showers, a clean room, and a quiet restful nights sleep. Mumbai is crazy but going home here every evening was welcoming. We stayed for 3 nights and that was perfect to see all Mumbai has to offer. Our breakfast was toast and coffee delivered to our room upon request. What more do you need to start the day. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us so well. We had a great stay and recommend this property wholeheartedly. We will be back! Anyone booking accommodation in Mumbai needs to remember this is not Europe! Culturally very different and the standards aren’t the same. For us 10/10 B&B Colaba Thank You 🙏🏻

For sure not 5star hotel. But perfect location. Manager Pradeep verry helpfull. Only the adress should be clearer: googlemaps shows 30 meters away INSIDE Regal cinema. Taxidriver searched and searched. It is 30 meters from entry of Regal movie hall down the road direction Leopolds Restaurant. Same streetside.
