“Location - paradise on earth, you really have to see this to believe it - just amazing. Accommodation - clean, roomy, awesome views, private, few steps to the beach People - Boris is a real down to earth person, his extensive knowledge of the island and people is a real treat, staff are just wonderful nothing is an issue. Sea - snorkelling is just the best, kayaking, beach walks around the tip of the island. Sunday Church - Do arrange it with Boris to go to a service, the kids singing is out of this world. Food - I was spoilt on lobster and fresh fish everyday. Travellers - made some awesome friends from around the globe.”

“Great location for a beautiful sunset, close to the beach and the tidal pool was a good asset. The food at the restaurant was amazing - be sure to try their local dishes on a Sunday. Would recommend hiring a car as it is a distance away from the main town and the buses are on Tongan time. Overall a great weekend getaway and such friendly easy going staff made the place even better”

“We had a fab stay at Royal Sunset. It was a breath of fresh air after our quiet stay on Fafa Island. This Island suited us both a lot more. The Staff are local Tongan people from the Island and they are so friendly and happy to help. We felt like part of the family after the four days, Snorkeling trips were amazing and we enjoyed all the yummy food. The Hotel manager and owner were so helpful and friendly. Thanks again we will be back. Thanks for all the Ikale!!!”
